Tissue microarrays (TMA’s) are produced by a method of re-locating tissue from conventional histologic paraffin blocks such that tissue from multiple patients or blocks can be seen on the same slide.  This allows for multiple tissue types of the same sample or different samples to be analyzed at once.  An excel TMA grid can be generated from the organized cores of tissue for later analysis or analysis may be done on-site using our Aperio image analysis software.
